If you come back to an unfinished submission
The Self-Publishing Portal saves your progress on the device you started on. When you return, it shows what was restored and lists the files you need to select again. Your media file and cover image are never stored in your browser, so those two always have to be re-selected. If you would rather start over, choose Discard draft in that same window.
