Steven Teplitz, a lawyer by training with thirty years of experience in the Internet, telecom and media ecosystems, is a co-founder of the Block 3 Strategy Group.

A former staffer in the US Senate, an attorney-advisor at the Federal Communications Commission, and a senior executive at AOL, Time Warner Inc., and Time Warner Cable, Steven helped shape the policy and regulatory environment that provided the foundation for the digital revolution we now take for granted. He brings this deep experience and keen insights to the web3 space.

Steven received a JD from the George Washington University Law School and a BA from Colby College. He lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland with his wife Ellen. Their two sons, Andrew and Matthew, have grown up and moved to California; this provides an excellent excuse for frequent trips to the West Coast.
